Q1: Can l get a free sample to evaluate the quality?
A1: Yes, you can get a free sample without a customized logo. Just tell us your freight colect account like DH, FedEx, TNT, etc lf you don't have an account, we will need to charge the express cost.
Q2: How long do you need to prepare the samples?
A2: Normally, we need to spend 1-3 days preparing samples without customization requests.
Q3: What's the cost if l need the samples with my logo?
A3: Please send us your logo file. Our sales team will quote you.
Q4：What's your MoQ?
A4：For trial orders, we could support 1,000pcs each model. For the regular orders, the MOQ will be 3,000pcs each model.
Q5：What's your lead time of production?
A5：30-45 days after pre-production samples confirmed, and receive the deposit.
